A few moments love and comfort before the end

Posted on March 6, 2019

The Worldwide Save Movement has well over 600 groups around the world holding vigils for animals going to slaughter.   Read Gustavo Arelland’s Los Angeles Times account of how one of these groups bears witness  outside ‘Farmer John ‘s’.   Farmer John, owned by animal killing giant Smithfields, butchers up to 7,000 pigs every single day.

When I go by the Islamic Slaughterhouse in our valley I tell the animals that are their past present and future they can leave their bodies whenever they want. I have a safe soul herd their energy can go to. I say it very calmly and with the confidence of a good mother.
I so honor and admire the vigils you participate in.
